James Horner - Last Work 'Collage'
I was commissioned by Universal Music to art direct the album, Collage. It was the last concert work by Oscar-winning composer James Horner with the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
The design brief was to create something in the vein of Joan Miro and Turner. Abstract & airy.

Horner passed away in a plane crash just after this was recorded, which meant, given the context of this piece, a great amount of sensitivity had to be shown in my interpretation of the music.
Nearly everything was created in Photoshop and After Effects. I commissioned Stuart Horrod to create the murmaration of origami birds in Lightwave.
